Hello, I'm Brittany!

 

 

My name is Brittany; I am the person behind Brittany Callahan Photography. I started on this path after booking my own pet photography session with my Dalmatian, Pixel.  After that session, the rest was history - I knew this was something that I had to do. So, in October of 2023, I purchased my first camera.

My passion is with animals, especially horses and dogs. It just made sense that I turn my passion into my career. I quit my corporate job of 18 years and went full time with my photography June 2025, I have never been happier. The old saying “do what you love and you never work a day in your life” never resonated with me until now. I LOVE what I do.


I cannot wait to extend my knowledge with other photographers who want to pursue this amazing adventure as well.

 

 

Hi, I'm Grace!

 

 

This is me & my dog, Nala. She is an Australian Shepherd, and the reason I found a love for pet photography. I got her in 2020 as a puppy and have taken ALL the photos of her since. She has made me realize how important photography and capturing memories are.


I enjoy traveling, concerts, traveling for concerts, fishing, hiking, and exploring!


I have photographed over 500 dogs since I went full time with pet photography in 2023. I have won many awards for my work, including 2nd place in the Dog Photography Awards with a photo of my girl, Nala!

FAQ

Do I need professional experience to join your workshop?

Nope! We welcome photographers at all different levels. You just need to know the basics of your camera and be ready to learn. We will guide you through posing, lighting, and shooting in a way that boosts your current skill level.

 

Can I use the images I take in my portfolio and social media?

Absolutely! You can use the images for personal portfolio and social media and website use. You may not sell the images as prints to the owners/models or use the commercially to advertise a product or brand without written permission.

 

What gear is recommended?

 

Any camera is a good camera! Telephoto lenses are recommended. The 70-200mm 2.8 or the 135mm 1.4/1.8/2.0 work wonderfully!

 

Are bookings refundable?

All bookings are non-refundable. But if you cannot attend, your ticket can be transferred to another photographer with approval. (Just reach out!)
